Claymore Australia is committed to delivering your order quickly and safely. Please read the following terms to understand our shipping process, estimated delivery times, and available options.


1. Delivery

1.1 Subject to your compliance with our Terms and Conditions, Claymore Australia will supply and deliver the items in your order. Delivery will be carried out either by Claymore Australia or a trusted courier service to the address you provide at checkout.

1.2 You must provide a valid and complete delivery address that meets Claymore Australia’s requirements. We cannot be held responsible for delays or lost shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

1.3 Delivery timeframes displayed on our website or provided in correspondence are estimates only. While we make every effort to deliver within these timeframes, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as courier delays, stock shortages, weather events, or peak seasonal demand.

1.4 If your order cannot be delivered within a reasonable time (as determined by Claymore Australia), you may contact us to request cancellation of the undelivered portion and receive either a refund or store credit, at our discretion.

1.5 If the courier cannot complete the delivery because the address is incorrect, inaccessible, or unattended, you may be charged additional delivery fees. Claymore Australia may attempt redelivery (at your cost) or cancel the order and refund you less applicable shipping fees.

1.6 Some goods may require additional shipping fees due to their size, weight, or delivery location. You will be notified of any such additional costs before or after placing your order, and your order will proceed only after you accept and pay the extra amount.

1.7 Unless otherwise agreed, deliveries will be made to ground level only. You authorise Claymore Australia or the courier to leave your order unattended in a safe location (“Authority to Leave”) if no one is available to receive it.

1.8 Risk and ownership of goods transfer to you once your order has been dispatched from our facility. If your order contains multiple items, they may be delivered separately depending on availability.


2. Processing Time

2.1 Orders are typically processed within Two (2) business days of purchase. During periods of high demand, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

2.2 Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are correct at the time of purchase. Claymore Australia is not responsible for any delays, losses, or redelivery costs resulting from inaccurate information.


3. Shipping Methods and Express Delivery

3.1 Claymore Australia offers several shipping methods to suit your needs.

3.2 Standard shipping is available for all orders and provides reliable, cost-effective delivery.

3.3 Express shipping is available at check out for an additional charge. 

3.4 Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.


4. Shipping Costs

4.1 Shipping fees are calculated based on the total weight, size, delivery location, and shipping method selected.

4.2 The final shipping cost will appear at checkout before you complete your purchase.

4.3 Additional fees may apply for oversized items or deliveries to remote and rural areas. If you believe your address may fall into this category, please contact our customer service team for assistance prior to placing your order.


5. Estimated Delivery Times

Claymore Australia ships all orders using Australia Post, dispatched directly from our Melbourne warehouse. Once your order is processed, you will receive tracking details so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, public holidays, and seasonal demand. As a general guide:

Victoria (VIC)

  • Melbourne Metro: 1–2 business days

  • Regional VIC: 2–4 business days

New South Wales (NSW)

  • Sydney Metro: 2–4 business days

  • Regional NSW: 3–6 business days

Queensland (QLD)

  • Brisbane Metro: 3–5 business days

  • Regional QLD / Far North: 5–10 business days

South Australia (SA)

  • Adelaide Metro: 2–4 business days

  • Regional SA: 3–6 business days

Western Australia (WA)

6. Returns and Damaged Goods

6.1 You must inspect your items immediately upon delivery. If any goods are missing, damaged, or faulty, please contact Claymore Australia within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photographic evidence.

6.2 If you wish to return an item, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for detailed instructions.

6.3 All returns must include proof of purchase and, where possible, the original packaging and accessories. Packaging damage during return transit is not considered a fault, as packaging is intended to protect the product.

7.1 You will receive email updates as your order progresses, including confirmation when your order is placed, processed, and shipped.
